The Center and Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong
The Center: Best viewed during night time, this is Hong Kong’s soaring harbor side skyscraper. Consisting with a height of 350 meters / 80 storey high. It is located on the end of Sheung Wan. It is fancied through top to bottom with the latest computerized neon lighting. It has a brilliant low-voltage neon light system that consist mixtures of 8,784 red, green and blue light tubes that makes a changing light show during night time. It is a spectacular and entertaining simultaneous spectacle of color.
Bank of China Tower: Bank of China tower is a magnificent 70 storey prism-like tower. It is the work of the famous American-Chinese architect I.M. Pei. And at 368 meters, it is one of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong. Construction was made to start in 1982 and to be finish in 1988. But it was on started in 1985 and the official opening was made on 17 May 1990. The asymmetrical form is absolute geometry and it has been equivalent to a bamboo plant, which extends its trunk higher with each new burst of growth. The building tower is one of the majestic and topmost owned by China. And it is also a symbol of its influence in Hong Kong. The Bank of China is one of three note-issuing banks in Hong Kong
